8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties. We engage service providers (Microsoft, HubSpot, QuickBooks, our SMS gateway) to process and store data on our behalf; they act as "processors" under applicable laws. We remain responsible for ensuring they safeguard your data.

Your data may be stored or processed on servers owned or controlled by Microsoft, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or our SMS provider, which could be located outside the United States. These providers adhere to industry-standard security and privacy measures.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, to comply with legal obligations, and to enforce our agreements. We do not currently purge inactive accounts, as retention on file allows us to honor “do not contact” requests and regulatory requirements.

We rely on our third‑party providers’ technical and organizational safeguards, which include:

  • Password‑protected systems and accounts for all staff

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest (managed by providers)
